Ifthis is your first time on a board, you’ve come to the right place! Designed to help you learn from scratch, without pressure, and at your own pace. I’ll teach you the correct stance, paddling technique, and safety tips through personalized lessons or package deals if you’re visiting.

Prices for Beginner SUP Lessons

Take advantage of our group rates and come enjoy the ocean in an exclusive setting for up to 3 people:

Private Lesson: $85 – 1 person
Duo Package: $150 – 2 people ($75 per person)
Group Package: $210 – 3 people ($70 per person)

What does the experience include?

Professional instruction: 100% personalized coaching by me (National and Central American Champion).
Complete sports equipment: Stand-Up Paddleboard, paddle adjusted to your height, and leash (safety strap).
Hydration and Snacks: Energy drinks and fresh, seasonal fruit to share at the end of class.

Available Additional Services

Round-trip transportation (from B The Way to the paddle spot):

1 person: $10
Groups of 2 to 3 people: $15 per person
Snorkeling: Recreational stop at nearby reefs (see additional fee).
Drone Photo & Video Package: Professional mementos of your adventure from the air (see additional rates).

What should you bring?

Sign the Waiver and Release of Liability form. You’ll receive it when you make your reservation.
Towel.
A change of dry clothes for when you’re done.
Sunscreen (if you don’t have any, we offer a reef-friendly, organic sunscreen for sale at B The Way).
Positive energy and a desire to have fun while learning and exploring Panama’s beautiful Pacific coast!
